Rachel Harbaugh, Owner and President
Rachel founded Knight Eagle in 2010 prior to deployment in Afghanistan. Rachel is still active in the Iowa National Guard. The training and skills learned while in the military gave Rachel the aptitude and discipline to start and grow a successful business from scratch. When Rachel's husband, Robert, joined the United States Army in 2013, he was stationed in Fort Carson, Colorado. While they were stationed in Fort Carson, Rachel opened a second office.
Since founding Knight Eagle in 2010, Rachel has overseen a company that has consistently grown and performed exceptional work for many clients in the private and federal sectors. Outside of Knight Eagle and the Army National Guard, Rachel enjoys being a mom of three and attending their many athletic events, including football and wrestling.

Steve Marshall, VP of Business Development
Steve is a veteran of the United States Army, where he served in a tactical nuclear missile battalion at Fort Sill, OK. After leaving the military, Steve spent three years in sales & advertising for the Los Angeles Lakers. He was then offered a national sales manager position for a commercial roofing company. From there, he has spent over 35 years in all facets of construction including; project management, sales, and service. Steve has been with Knight Eagle since its inception in 2010 and most recently as its VP of Business Development.
Devin Bender, Director of Operations
Joining Knight Eagle in the summer of 2021, Devin brings nearly a decade of experience working on federal contracts. A former Sr. Program Manager, Devin was a key contributor to the success of a federal program that employed roughly 15,000 people and ensured millions of Americans received healthcare through Medicare and the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM). Devin is results-driven and dedicated to delivering the best possible product to the client. Past experience includes; project management, procurement, proposal writing, finance, IT asset management, risk management, tracking Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), and facilities.
